Or it could have been FAR have always going to release the resource numbers they were just waiting for SNE 3 to reach TD to confirm that the field indeed extends that far...I doubt CN would be remotely interested in pushing her luck with the JV she is to smart for that...as FAR stated at the begining of the program:

“FAR will release drilling information regularly during the program but will only provide material information when we have sufficient confidence to minimise misunderstanding and ensure that the market will be properly informed.”

We probably shouldn't indulge in flights of fantasy infering CN is pushing the JV around, she is just doing what she said she would do....
