Sorry--this bit got mixed into my response to you.
It was directed to Jambo.

The skies aren't clear when its going to rain, but the natives were also able to tell how long it would rain for and if they were in danger-- needing to relocate to another part of their luxurious, lush and bountiful estates!

I don't know if they could predict lunar eclipses, but no doubt they would be well aware of them as they didn't miss much that was happening in the sky.

We can also change the past leading to a better future where-- 

Revenge can become Repratiation   

Retribution can become Reconcilation
Recidivism can become Reunification
