Yes I am three and I still have an understanding of why taxes are needed.

I have no doubt that there is wastage within the Government. I guess what I am trying to ask you is what do you think would be a fair tax rate then? How much should each person pay? Is it still dependent on earnings?

Please provide the maths that would cover any shortfall in the budget that would allow us to drastically reduce taxes
