They went down the equity route which is their choice. If you can get money for a project and you have buyers who don't feel compelled to require the highest social and environmental standards then that's fine isn't it

But for the highest quality customers, partners and financiers there is no doubt that IFC standards are the way to go.

Imagine the embarrassment an end user would face if it was discovered that their products caused social or environmental harm that was able to be mitigated by taking the time and effort to apply IFC standards - would be a heck of a problem.
