Agree Noreen.. the only way i see that we can look after ourselves is by watching price action, support and resistance lines and general market trend. When a large amount is either bought or sold at market, we must pay attention, either good or bad. Thats the nature of the stock market unfortunately.

I got out earlier today at a loss, but i am still looking to get back in once i feel comfortable again..
