Unless Harrington's have been selling an equivalent number of shares on market in the last 2 weeks, they couldn't exercise their 17.5m options without contravening the Corporations Act (given they hold over 20% of KPO).
From a financial point of view though, it's money for jam!!! Sell above 5c, exercise the options and bank the profit. I guess we'll find out soon enough.
On the up side, if they do convert, it's another $875k in the kitty.
