Is the same situation as late last year when they exercised some options.

They can increase their stake by 3% every 6 months above the 20% limit under the creep provision of the Corporations Act. I'm sure there is some plan to exercise these otherwise they wouldn't have asked for them to be granted. A new investor buying 17.5m shares from Harringtons to enable them to exercise their options would be good.
