From memory, Hartleys got about 100 Million shares in the CR last year. But being a broker, they act on behalf of their clients, so when to sell is not exactly their decision!
I'm sure Hartleys' clients were selling at 15, 14, 13, 12, 11 & 10c. When the overhang is gone and we have a register full of long-term 'investors', then and only then will the SP truly take off.
