No offence taken @dante that is indeed my interpretation of the discussions i have had with related parties, I have also seen this on other companies and is a good sign of either the need of money for working capital or to toughen the balance sheet for negotiation/contract signs, in this case its obviously the latter as the cash balance was very strong to begin with.

Also i seem to have forgotten another item on my original post in which the board both Australian and international directors met for two days last week (thurs/friday). Once you add in the two previous posts of mine you know its not a run of the mill quarterly meeting (they don't take two days) something big is brewing.
