I really do shake my head at this weak behavior  all they had to do  is wait a few weeks if that. But agree now it just make the large ride up even easier with less overhead resistance.

I mean hellooooo.... did anyone even read my post the other night and the fact  deals are expected before the completion of the first plant. The plant is still on track for Q1 as stated by management on PAPER so that leaves company changing news any week from now to the end of Q1 my guess is within the month.

ROW projects under wraps will also surprise this QRT.

This did is simply your last chance to gain access to stock at these levels if some are silly enough to give them to you good on them.
