I just re-read some of my notes and remembered that one of the key issues identified from Hainan was a lack of specialised engineering support which they say they have since addressed which should positively impact constructability and commissioning sequencing. This may have been provided for Fuji Oil but I can't find enough information on this.
I'm some what confused but interested by your second comment. I understand it may be managements preference to sign additional deals prior to completion of Hainan but if I was a prospective Client I would want to ensure this company had the ability to execute on their business model prior to committing (proof of concept was probably the incorrect term).
Anyway in the interest of disclosure I'm long KPO with a modest holding, but do enjoy discussing various scenarios.
