    VLA should now seek funding elsewhere before they dilute the hell out of this.
    It's in La Jolla's best interest to push the sp down as they get more convertible notes and then just dump them on market and make instant profits. Clearly a conflict of interest with shareholders.

    I think Cash Converters are doing loans that have better terms than La Jolla.
    American scum company can get lost form out market.
