NSW suffering with a totally inept opposition as are other states, we are seeing a Liberal Party ethic so disinterested in core services for Australia that they have fostered this tragic tradition of the worst of the worst relegated to the states, the favoured few get the opportunity to strut global stage.
Hospital crisis NSW.... 'I was in tears, I just couldn't handle it any more," Ms Claridge said.'
Liberal Party platform is to encourage working families to take up private health insurance subsidized 30% by the Howard Govt. yet the same Libs attacks state government over public system obligated to service the poor with waiting lists choked with those who choose the free alternative and hop it to shock radio when free doesn’t add up to five star treatment. I can see the dilemma here; pun intended... no state can function without an opposition who refuses to acknowledge the whole issue and instead takes the cheap shot.
I am with you Smiler, it is criminal that we have been treated in such a way, [ not me personally, I am privately insured, live in a great friendly neighbourhood, clean air, peaceful existence, kids go to great schools, don't get drunk nor need needle exchange, keep out of trouble, don't speed, park in the right places, exercise regularly, my son accesses learning programs for his disability but hey! guess I'm lucky] such disregard should be acknowledged in the Lib party room.
I wouldn’t get too emotional about Wall to Wall Labor…. Rudd won’t have Senate Majority. This is a Liberal Party problem; there are ramifications for their dismissive attitude. Gemma Jones a talented analytical reporter…. If you are a victim of crime Smiler you have the choice to press charges and the police must respond to that, Gemma kinda forgot to add that bit. Gemma just happy to get her piece finished and go home.
