But another issue is money. They may need to open several stores around Australia and hire a new CS team to run this business. I don't think they can afford this.
On the other hand, it won't cost them too much to sign the contracts with these distributors. BTW, their contract usually just lasts for one year or two, so they can change their strategy easily.
