The DNPM web site is more likely to be updated during a work day i.e 5 days out of 7 or 70% chance.
The DNPM web site is more likely to be updated during their day time or our night time. Therefore we would need our morning time to write the announcement.
So an an announcement is more likely in the afternoon between Monday to Friday.
The last DNPM entry was 30.07.14. It takes an average of 57 days from the last entry to the FML (based on the one and only Chezd comparison with a gold miner).
Adding 57 days to 30.07.14 we get 25.09.14 which is a Thursday. So Thursday night our time the DNPM web site is updated.
AVB secretary wakes the next morning, reads the web site, writes an announcement and announcement is released to the ASX on Friday 26.09.14 PM.
AVB management celebrate that their predicted Q3 announcement meets deadline by 4 days.
