Although risky at any price, every asset has an appropriate value. I think AZZ is worth more than .43 US. If no deal, will have blundered. Not the first time. During this suspension I have bought shares on 3 occasions at less than .45 US and have sold shares for .58 and .65 US, respectively. That would be called making money in the US, I am not sure what it is called down there.
