Bumped into a fella who put his jet ski into his left leg today. Said he was in south stradbroke, rode a 3 metre wave, went up, up and eventually down. Hit him on the leftie shin but he didnt realize what had happened. Only when he wanted to climb back on the jetski did he realise . No compound fracture which is good but a stack of stitches. I asked whether he got the green whistle. he said the ambos in QLD jabbed him with IM morphine so he was good.
