LAOS means nothing to ORD until ORD has announced a plan as to how they will buy into the % offered in this project.

ORD will need plety of cash to gain the benefits of LAOS.

I have no doubt that ORD will come up with the goods but at this stage us mug punters are none the wiser.

As for the SP reflecting the future vlaue based on the known knowns.

Does one mean the SP a week ago or the SP right now ??

I dont think either reflects the insinsic potential at all
