This might sound strange, but, IMO, the biggest thing holding back serious buyers at the moment is lack of sellers. You only have to look at today, it's taken 32 trades just to buy 360K shares. The volume (liquidity) is not there, we need many more sellers to come into the market, not down to the bidder, and I believe they will come from that 7,000 that hold less than 100,000 each. But, nice to see it hit 15.5 on its way.
