AGS is not standing still awaiting a judgement. They have selected a credible partner for a sell down to fund a stand-alone plant (and confirmed the economics of the transaction). Full credit for getting on with the job in the absence of a judgement. Finding a funding Partner as well as a customer means AGS has now got 'contracted commitments for supply' in the one deal.

Sounds like a VERY high probability of a favorable judgement and AGS is ready to sprint out of the blocks when its handed down.

Gotta be the most exciting stock on the ASX in the next few months.
