Hi The people that they are trying to help will still get some form of fix at the expence of others who like our cheap good quality wines made in Australia . Coles and woolworths will not pass these extra profits on to the Producers who will then have to place their wines overseas .The answer to a lot of the problem is the DOLE Hand it out after all their rent electricity and other bills have been paid in Food Vouchers I am trying to keep this reply Non Racist but it is happening in Alice Springs. Sure there are problem drinkers along with gamblers all over the country Cheers Towie
