Sure but tax losses are only useful if you can subsequently make a profit. But you're right, ZYL has a healthy loss bank. Here's a few companies (liquidated this year) below that are at an appropriate stage of liquidation where shareholders can crystalise their losses. So the competition for available backdoor listing shells is heated.
