most informative - do you work in the industry ?
l gather that the QML system did not really perform to expectation, so it has been jetisoned. So QML will now not benefit from any CHL deals, in other words, forget about it.
Do you have more info on the new CEO and the so-called new strategy which CHL is adopting ? Is there a real change in company attitude ? Are their systems cost competetive with competition ? Is there new technology coming to improve margins ?
