What I find puzzling is that you (and others) have made the decision to quit and move on - fair enough.
Then why do you hang around on this thread bad-mouthing the company and its personnel. That is a bit like leaving your wife or girlfriend then constantly hanging around outside her front door and throwing insults. It is bad form and a bit churlish if you don't mind me saying.
