That's a pretty forthright debut on the MGO board Dav.

Nobody here discounts the difficulty of what is trying to be achieved here. The criticism is the poor communication and an almost pathological inability to hit timelines.

The deadlines are the company's, they are not being imposed on them by an unrealistic group of investors. I'm not sure where your considerable business experience lies, but I assume you had stakeholders to manage and deliverables? What kind of management misses a deadline unremarked? No explanation, no resetting of expectations, just silence?

With the last CR the information blackhole literally cost holders $20 m in additional dilution. So I think it a little unfair to be characterizing criticism of the managements performance in this regard as impatient and churlish.

I don't agree with everything Passive says, but he's bled with the rest of us here and is entitled to his opinion.
