That's one tick for safety. Now we'd like the big tick for efficacy and hopefully the final tick will be an attractive way of capital raising that doesn't hammer current holders. I think the ASX query regarding cash was reasonable and the explanation reassuring as it was something I was concerned about without detail. Its obviously extremely hard to take a postion atm with the lack of sellers and I'm guessing some are thinking there's no point buying now if they want a decent size holding... all good for a hefty sp increase when news is out and trading starts for real.
