As we indicated in our announcement last Friday, there are two aspects to be considered – the price and the terms and conditions attached to the offer. At this stage the proposal is not in a form that can be put to shareholders and we are working with Vectis and their advisors in an attempt to ensure we can progress their proposal for your consideration.
