Fat....You are NOT obliged by the ASX to ask for a trading halt prior to releasing an announcement. Most companies do follow the pattern of asking for a trading halt....Main reason? To generate more interest ......NOT BECAUSE they have to conform by ASX Laws.
Anyway, he (Craig) may decide to ask for a trading halt later today...His plan is to release the info prior to the commencement of the South African Exhibition on Thursday, so my guess (only GUESS) is Wednesday.......
