"Marketing services company Mitchell Communications Group has bought the Perth office of media agency Starcom for an estimated $3 million. The agency was owned by local executives and American agency Starcom MediaVest"

Fantastic effort. Lol It's usually Starcom eating up the small agencies! Starcom’s WA division must be a poor performer but who cares! $3mil to eliminate the competition is good value IMO. And the cost was less than 10% of 2009 EBITDA!
