I enjoy cooking but when it comes to cooking just for myself it's often meals with few ingredients.
Actually I not sure you would call them meal as opposed to a snack or just some thing to eat. ie
Grilled Steak or chop
Marinated chicken wings
Simple version of a Caesar salad
can of chick peas with some oinion, parsley with a simple Olive oil and vinger dressing.
Usually have a few kilos of Prawns in the freezer, so I pull some out and cook them one way or another. If I'm really lazy I just boil them.
Keep smoked cod in the freezer of when I am realy lazy and need some think real quick, put some rice on and poach the fish, both done if 6 mins
I get cravings for particular foods some times, almost like my body is telling me a need something in particular.
