Therefore, we have to assume he's made up these claims with dogy figures; and as oncomposmentis points out:
1) "with all the dealings Australia has with the Peoples Republic of China." ... Uighurs and the millions of others in that country who want to have basic 'human rights'.
2) The chart provided is likely to be bodge-up with fictitious figures as no citing of it is provided. And what there is the latest date is 2012.
