    A good leader doesn't need to be "on the attack" to be strong.

    Strength has nothing to do with being "on the attack".

    For example, a strong leader would simply say, we don't believe it is Australia's interest, so we are going to do what is in Australia's interest. (No need to bully, demean or attack.)
