Whilst mail in ballots can be subject to fraud, e, g. pressure by ones seniors to vote in a certain way, I can't see how governments can take action to prevent such voting without de franchising a significant segment of our younger population.
But I have never seen elders putting pressure on their juniors to vote in a certain way, but I am sure it can occur by those who have no real appreciation of the real values of our democratic voting values.
