Coronavirus restrictions have been loosened in South Africa as case numbers wane in the country, though the government says that there is still reason for caution.

The situation in Suid Afrika is very interesting as to how "open" they are.

I was just watching the test cricket between SA and India and there was no crowd and wondered if crowds aren't allowed. Maybe it's so boring no one wants to go.
