Imagine the planning officer or Cuadrilla people listening to this, and thinking of the meticulous process they did, involving many experts. Beyond jaw dropping.
Sorry, did I say 'experts'. We don't want them! Experts get things wrong according to Councillor Hayhirst. A really good reason to listen to laymen. They are more likely to get things right!
