Re dilution, its a 50/50 call on that; in the most recent investor call when responding to a question it did appear that would be the most likely course of action.
Up to $250m would be requires to get 20t production by 2012.
Of course getting the share price as low as possible would be ideal for the likes of JPM and MS who are the most likely supporters.
