What I take from this debacle is to be very carefull of any company in desperate survival mode (or "turnaround" as some people like to put it). I feel that everyone has been taken advantage of (screwed) by NLX but I can kinda understand that if they had't done what they did they probably would not have survived. Their situation was so grim that propriety went out the window.
