On 18/Nov/2017, "China food and Food Security Strategy Summit" held in BeiJing by several top central government offices. CEO of Mengniu Group-Mr. MinFang Lu made a speech on the meeting. (http://www.ce.cn/cysc/sp/info/201711/20/t20171120_26927768.shtml)
He says: "According to the FTA made between China-New Zealand, China-Australia, the tariff rate will be finally cut to 0% in 2019, 2025, respectively". He commented.
Mengniu is one of the three giant dairy players (Mengniu, Brightdairy, Yili) in China, located at Inner Mangolia Province. Mengniu has built a factory in New Zealand, and predominantly controlled Burra Foods in Australia (http://www.burrafoods.com.au/our-business/shareholders).
