The Martac thing is a doozy. Magnis releases "significant news" saying that an "offtake customer" has agreed to try out some of the "bone powder" (for you Great) BMLMP batteries in their drones. I assume these are Gen 1 batteries. First. Martac are a small startup that have an office down the road from C4V. Second. C4V seem to still be making their batteries in the lab or in some small facility (imo). Third. The provision of a few batteries to a small startup for testing is "significant news"?
The announcement highlights the deficiencies rather than showing progress.
That was six months ago. Six months is nothing in Magnis/C4V time, but, surely by now the Martac people must have something to say? No, nothing nix....
