your guess is so fundamentally incorrect. libcoin did not approach Magnis - libcoin is a consortium of Magnis, c4v and Duggan ft. Magnis owns 20% of it. if they acquired Avass equip, Magnis still owns an undiluted 20% of that. since I'm not seeing avass transaction on Magnis cash flow I can only assume either duggal ft (likely) or c4v stumped up the cash. should be singing Magnis praises for that. imo.
