since Magnis were a 20% sh in libcoin I can't see how they can't be part of libcoin avass since libcoin acquired their assets in the merger. I don't know if there is anyway of checking libcoin avass capital structure as it's not listed. worth a question. but you can't just dump a sh - it would have r been written into the legal conditions when mns became 20% stakeholder.
