Exactly Sahara, they discount the capabilities of women but elect some pretty decrepit men in their ranks.
Look at some of the men they pre-selected. Absolute shockers and there would be many fine liberal inclined women who would do a far better job. Lets not kid ourselves they don't select on merit. Its a predominantly factional mens club.
As it is, some of those fine capable women have opted to sign up as independents and take on the Boys Club that way.
