You are one of the lucky ones footy.
Telstra no longer offers 100/40 over FTTN because of getting so many complaints about it.
Top offer for FTTN is 50/20 now. I have that and get close to those speeds.
100/40 is only offered to those with Labor's FTTH NBN connection, because it can easily deliver it.
But the LNP did promise to deliver 100/40 to everyone, so rack up another LNP failure.
