They got Christoper Parker and Jack Hamilton in, then initally got Harley Frankfurt in as CEO but since he didn't suit the role, he was quickly given the flick before the probation period finished - good execution. The company then got in Derek Thomson who is thriving with the role and has dramatically turned shareholder confidence around.
