But there are plenty of indications. With the right data and an investigation, you can not just demonstrate it, you can prove it. But this is not a court of law. This is about probabilities and balancing risk v reward.

MSB is one of the most heavily shorted stocks on the ASX.

Together with the behaviour of the SP after the Macbank negative report, which hasn't recovered, and you have a situation which certainly presents a serious risk of manipulation.

But you ask investors to worry about your fear-based risk concerns?

You can't have it both ways.

I say that the upside of MSB is colossal and the SP does not represent true valuation of the stock.

You can disagree, but the simple fact that you're in here day after day, month after month, saying the same negative things, and don't even hold the stock is very odd indeed.

Sometimes commonsense works better than sophisticated psuedo analysis.
