Philby get your broker to send you the list of sellers for this year and last year. You will see the American brokers being used to sell, add them up and there can only be a couple of hundred thousand left, if not out the last three trading days.
If CYP announce a deal or two and are running into a clinical trial in June the buyers will struggle to find sufficient stock. This could really lift off.
