I think it was just a joke. Lilium deliberatley a miss spelling.
On a more serious note USA policies right now IMO won't make significant difference to the future involvement of lithium consumption. Phones have more lithium than they did years ago, as do many other rechargable devices. Making EVs a bit less subsidised in USA and making government budget cuts will have next to zero impact on domestic EV markets in China, Korea and Japan and EV sales and battery storage worldwide will still continue to roll out regardless. A lot of things would need to go horribly wrong for USA policy to materialise into a market downturn.
