I think GE and mbot are correct. Maxwell and DPMG are different steps. DPMG makes the powder particles, Maxwell is the manufacturing step to combine them into a battery. The two processes do not compete with each other. My misunderstanding earlier was about the Maxwell tech, which I thought was a sort of coating process; it is not.
