100% correct Feral! The St Baker Energy Innovation Fund and the Novonix Board of Directors own over 50% of Novonix. Add to that WH Soul Pattison etc and if a takeover offer does eventuate, it is going to have to be a large offer if all of these sophisticated investors will agree to it.
