I don’t suppose that anyone can enlighten me on this comment by The Hellraiser.
P.S. Read on the news bulletins that the Fed may intervene to assist the markets with initiatives such as the abolition of double-taxing on dividends which still exists. Poor Yanks don't even have the benefit of a fully franked dividend?
